Fruit Custard

Method:

In a wok boil the milk. In a different bowl take custard powder and 4 tbsp cold milk and mix well. Make sure it is lump free.

Once the milk boils, turn off the flame.  Add the custard powder mixture to it and mix. Add sugar and mix well. Now boil this on low flame while stirring. The mixture changes color to light yellow.
Once it thickens a little bit, set aside and let cool. After it cools completely, add all the fruits and cardamom powder and mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled. The color of the custard turns darker after set.
