This dressing doubles up as dip and chicken smear for bake.

Ingredients:

Full-fat sour cream – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
Dijon mustard – 1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar – 1 Tbsp
Granular erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener – 1 Tbsp

Method:

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk well to combine. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Add all your can be eaten stuff and enjoy.

Dressing #2 – Thousand Island Dressing

This is a classic salad dressing. It has sour, sweet, acidic and taste all in right combinations.

Ingredients:

Mayo – 1 cup
Reduced-sugar ketchup – 2 Tbsp
Apple cider vinegar – 1 Tbsp
Finely chopped pickles – 2 Tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 2 Tbsp
Stevia – 1/8 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Divide the chopped pickles and onions so you have two separate 1-tablespoon servings for each. Combine all ingredients, except for 1 tablespoon each of onion and pickles, in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Stir in the remaining onions and pickles. Pour the dressing into a jar, place in your refrigerator, and let the flavors develop for at least 30 minutes.
