We know gooseberry or Amla is good for health. Loaded with vitamin C and lots of antioxidants, this is a super food. Also, buttermilk is a good intake during summer. It cools your body and energizes the tired cells and helps digestion. What if we combine both these and add some to boost immunity? Well, the recipe is already here and it’s called Amla Buttermilk.

Ingredients:
Amla/ Gooseberry (Deeseded) – 1
Curd – 1/2 cup
Curry leaves – 1 strand
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Roasted cumin seeds powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 pinch
Method:
Except roasted cumin seeds powder add everything else into a blender and blend smoothly. Pass through a sieve and separate the clear fluid. Add roasted cumin seeds powder and chaat masala and mix well. Pour into glasses, add few ice cubes and enjoy.
