PM Narendra Modi declared complete lockdown till April 14th and everyone agreed. Even the opposition didn’t oppose this move. Henceforth, a majority of people have stayed indoors. Whether they like it or not, people mostly have obliged this move. Well, it is for the benefit of the society and we cannot agree more.

But, the senior health officials of the nation are anticipating something more. They say the lockdown may continue further. The general period of quarantine is 14 days. But since N-Corona is a brand new virus, they didn’t want to take chances. Hence a double quarantine of 28 days is imposed. But quarantine period was already begun in India and hence, 21 days of curfew was thought to be sufficient.

But everywhere, we are seeing irresponsible people on streets. This will encourage the spread of the virus. Hence the incubation period of the virus may increase. The primary and secondary contacts of travelers will continue to face threat of spreading the infection when home quarantine is not effective. If observed closely, Covid 19 is spreading amongst close family members more than outsiders. Hence maintaining social distancing inside the 4 walls of the house is equally important.

Henceforth, for the complete control and eradication of the infection, there are chances that this lockdown might be extended for another week or so. Well, all in the need of good folks!
