So the panipuri floats here, not literally though. They arrange about 6 puris filled with boiled potatoes, cooked green peas, onions and few flavorful chutneys on a rectangular plate. And then pani or spicy flavored water is poured all over the puris as much that it starts overflowing into the plate. It is then handed over for your tatstebuds to relish.

Floating PaniPuri is an addictive dish. You cannot stop for one plate at all. 25 rupees per plate is something people happily pay for such a lip smacking snack. They do have few other chats like boti masala, bhelpuri, masala puri, nippat masala and such. But floating panipuri stays the most sought after one.]]>
