Ragi Dosa

Ragi Flour – 1 cup
Urad Dal – 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds – 3 tsp
Salt – to taste

Soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 5 hours or overnight. Grind them into fine paste. Ferment well for about 5 hours. You will just have to keep the batter aside for 5 hours or overnight. And by the time you re check, it would have risen beautifully which means it is fermented well. To this, add raagi flour and salt. Mix well. Heat tava or girdle and spread a ladle of batter evenly. You can smear it with butter (this is just an option to give rich taste). Enjoy crispy dosa with coconut chutney or any curry of your choice.
