Any meal is incomplete without dessert. But desserts are always thought to very tiresome to prepare. Albeit this one. If you have kids at home, this fudge will be their favorite dessert. So brace yourself to prepare more batches of this in future.
Condensed milk – 400gms or 1 Tin
Dark chocolate chips – 2 cups
Vanilla extract – Few drops
Roasted almonds – handful
Take the unopened tin of condensed milk and place it in a vessel of boiling water. Let the water continue to boil. Close the lid and let it be for 2 hours. After this turn off the flame and remove the tin. Le it cool completely. Now ope the tin and you will find caramelized condensed milk in it.
Set up a double boiler. For this keep a vessel and fill half of it with water. Above it place another container. This is double boiler. On the container that’s above, add dark chocolate chips and caramelized condensed milk. Mix it well until chocolate chips melt completely. Take it off the flame. Add vanilla essence, chopped almonds and mix well.
Take a tray and spread aluminium foil or butter paper on it. Spread the ready mixture evenly on the tray. Refrigerate for 2 hours. After this, cut them to your desired shape and enjoy.
