Chinese cuisine has its own fan following. It has also become a major street food in several countries. But cooking Chinese food is not a difficult task. One needs to be quick and know the flavors well. Here is a simple way to prepare chilli garlic noodles.
Oil – 2 tbsp
Spring onion whites (Sliced) – 1/4 cup
Spring onion greens (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Chopped bell pepper (yellow, green, red) – 1/4 cup
Boiled noodles – 2 cups
Chilli garlic sauce – 1/4 cup
Heat oil in a wok. Keep flame on high till it smokes. Add spring onion white and colored capsicums. Saute well.
Add chilli garlic sauce and salt. Continue to saute on high flame but for shorter period. Now add cooked noodles. Mix well for a few seconds and garnish with spring onion greens. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
