His wife and family stayed by his side during his last moments. He has given iconic onscreen presence amidst multiple surgeries and in and out of chemo sessions.
The Real Hero
The famous star is best remembered for his role in Marvel series. Black Panther is the first superhero movie nominated in Oscars in Best Film category. And Boseman is the only black superhero. Also, Avengers actors Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Pratt and others grieved the loss of this gem.
Black Panther Forever
Boseman became a household name after appearing as the Marvel superhero Black Panther. He starred in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War. And then in director Ryan Coogler’s 2018 film, that grossed over $1.3 billion worldwide.
He appeared as the character in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. His most recent film appearance was in director Spike Lee’s Da 5 Bloods, which released on Netflix earlier this year.
